About.

POOLELI OÜ celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025, of which we have been operating, on a rising trend, in the construction sector for 7 years. Our construction experience, however, is many times greater than those few years.

Our team specializes in services ranging from excavation work - foundation construction, up to the roof ridge, and everything in between – general construction, plasterboard installation, tiling, and much more. We offer comprehensive solutions both for building a new property and for renovating existing real estate.

What makes us the ideal partner for property construction?

• Quality and commitment – we guarantee the best possible quality within the agreed time frame.
• Customer focus – Your satisfaction is our priority. We are ready to listen to and understand the customer's needs and offer the best solutions that meet expectations and budget.

• Reliability and honesty – our relationships with customers are based on trust, honesty, and responsibility. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership with every client.
• NEW! Since the beginning of 2025, we also offer excavation work, material transport, and lifting services using our own machinery. This means shorter machinery waiting times and faster action on-site.

Our experienced specialists ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently, and that the final result meets your expectations. Our goal is not only to fulfill the promises made to you, but to exceed your expectations by providing top-level service and lasting solutions.

Give us the opportunity to show what we can do for your property.

We operate mainly in Rapla and Harju counties, but by agreement also further afield.
